In April we found out that Abigail had a tumor growing in her brain for a good part of her life. We’ve been through so many emotions through this ordeal, but are VERY proud of how strong and brave Abigail continues to be. Her perserverance has reminded us and others around her that WE CAN DO HARD THINGS!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has rallied around us during this incredibly difficult time. We are deeply moved by the support and the incredible community that has formed around us and can't wait to pay it forward when Abigail is ready!
That said, our journey is far from over. After having surgery in April, Abigail will now remain in rehab until early September to relearn how to walk, talk, eat, ect.
If you’re able, please consider supporting our journey.

She had her first understandable sentence today!
she’s had a stye in her eye that’s been bothering her. She asked during a PT session “when ointment eye?”
it’s the little things that make us smile. Abigail is so strong willed
Abigail had begun opening her eyes, following commands, doing all sorts of wonderful things that made the doctors happy.
She had her 3rd MRI yesterday and it was found that she had 3+ strokes in different areas of her brain.
We don’t know when they occurred, her response to stimuli and following commands has shown that she’s doing ok for now.
Time will tell how this plays out.
Thank you for your continued prayer and support
