David Rodriguez was a beloved member of the NYPD for nearly 20 years. David was a Detective with the Gun Violence Suppression Division as well as a cherished member of the Ny Finest Baseball team. David tragically passed away in the early hours of April 5th, 2025. He leaves behind his wife Stephanie, their children DJ, Mason, Ramon.
The NY Finest Baseball team along with his friends and coworkers are raising funds to help support his family in the tragic time

It broke my family's and my heart to hear the passing of a such a great and passionate coach. A great father and such an amazing person. It brut me and my wife to tears. David was one of my son's coaches in his baseball travel team, he brought out nothing but the best out of him day in and day out, IT's hard to find a person like him but when they do come around your life enjoy them because being around a person like him it will be priceless . He will be missed rest in peace my friend rest in peace. You are in gods hands now.
