It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Associate Traffic Enforcement Agent Mohammed S. Anwar of the TRB Brooklyn Traffic Enforcement Unit. Mohammed S. Anwar suffered a heart attack while on duty and passed away a few days later. His passing is a heartbreaking loss to his family, loved ones, colleagues, friends, and the broader law enforcement community.
He is survived by his wife, Farhana Khatun, and their two children. This fundraiser has been created to support his wife and children during this difficult time. Contributions will help provide financial assistance as they deal with funeral-related expenses, immediate family needs, and the difficult road ahead.
