It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we mourn the unexpected passing of Police Officer Abiola Errico, a dedicated and active member of the NYPD. Officer Errico stood as a shining example of courage, integrity, and unwavering service to our community. Officer Errico, a devoted and loving mother leaves behind one daughter and two brothers.This sudden loss leaves a profound void, not only in the department but also in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Abby, I don’t know why this happened, but understand that you touched a lot of people’s lives with your smile and laugh. The things you taught many cops, including myself will never be forgotten and will be passed down to others as well.
