Kacee has been diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer that has metastasized into her liver.
When someone spends a lifetime serving others, it's our turn to serve her. For over 20 years, Kacee wore the badge with courage and compassion, a tireless advocate for children, a mentor to young women and a steady voice for victims. Today, she and her family are facing an incredibly difficult battle. Her recent diagnosis of an aggressive cancer has her community asking the same thing. How can we help?
This fundraiser is our collective answer. Every gift, every share, every prayer helps lift some of the weight so her family can focus on what matters most, her care, her healing, her time with loved ones. She spent years showing up for others. Now it's our moment to stand with her. Thank you for your generosity, your prayers, and for reminding this remarkable woman and her family that they are not walking this road alone. Together, we can make a real difference.
This is the only verified and trusted FUNDRAISER outside of the Raffle for August 30, 2026.

“Listen closely to my prayer, O God. Hear my urgent cry. I will call to you whenever trouble strikes, and you will help me . For you are great, and do great miracles. You alone are God.” Psalm 86:6-7; 10

Reply from Kacee Thatcher1 day agoThank you, Amy. I appreciate it.
Thank you & to your family for the sacrifices made to protect our community. As a former Felony Victim Advocate & in a dedicated unit for DV, that alone can be challenging. I’ve been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma for the 5th time & my parents were always there for me but unfortunately they have passed so facing it alone (siblings have abandoned me), makes me scared more than ever. It’s perfectly ok to ask for help, to LET others help you & your family! It’s also ok to ask for peace & grace some days! Your so blessed to have your family of officers, Frank Ray & community to rally around you! Keeping you in my prayers!
