If someone asked you to picture a biker group, what would you see? If you answered a big burly group of men decked out in leather and skulls, you’re probably right there alongside many people. While the image may be intimidating, the mission of our group couldn’t be farther from what the eye can see. Vigilance Richmond is a group of law enforcement officers who have a passion for motorcycles. We are also committed to helping our community and the groups of people sometimes forgotten by society. Vigilance Richmond is committed to making our mark in any way we can with the disability community of SI. For some of our members, this cause has personally resonated with our lives. Vigilance is committed to work alongside these dedicated fathers who strive to better the lives of their own children with autism, and the rest of the disability community of Staten Island. Children and adults with disabilities deserve to have the same opportunities as everyone else. On Your Mark is an organization dedicated to making these opportunities available for the Staten Island community. Vigilance is dedicated to raising money to donate to On Your Mark to ensure that the children and adults on Staten Island can continue their great work

Please come out and join us for a fun filled family day on Saturday,  May 16th 2026! Registration is from 9am - 11am opposite of 1111 Fr Capodanno Blvd in Staten Island. Help us achieve our goal of supporting the community. 

Motorcycles are $25 and passengers are an additional $10. 

Non-riders are very encouraged to attend the festivities at the kickoff ceremony and of course to have fun at our clubhouse reception located at 40 Marble Loop, Staten Island, NY, 10309.
