Our family received news that has changed our lives forever. My sister, Julian`s mom Patty, was recently diagnosed with a glioma, a type of brain tumor. This diagnosis has come with overwhelming uncertainty, countless doctor visits, treatments, and the beginning of a long medical journey that no one ever imagines facing.

Despite the challenges, Patty has shown incredible courage. She continues to face each day with the same warmth, humor, and love that she has always given so freely to others. But the road ahead includes specialized treatments, surgeries, therapies, and ongoing care—costs that are beyond what insurance can cover and what our family can manage alone.

We are reaching out to our community—friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers—for support. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward:

  • Covering medical bills and treatments

  • Travel expenses to specialists and hospitals

  • Rehabilitation and therapy to support her recovery

  • Helping relieve the financial stress so she can focus fully on healing

If you are unable to give financially, please consider sharing this fundraiser, keeping Patty in your thoughts, and sending prayers or positive energy her way. Hearing a positive outreach, a text, a DM, phone call to her and or Julian will help keep the faith and hope strong. Your support, friendship & empathy  means the world to us, and we are deeply grateful for every kind gesture during this difficult time.

Together, we believe in giving Patty the best chance at fighting this tumor with hope, dignity, and strength.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💙

The Gonzalez Family.

Hello everyone,

I want to begin by sincerely thanking each and every one of you for your continued contributions, prayers, and unwavering support throughout Patty’s fight. Your kindness and encouragement have meant more to our family than we can express.

We are incredibly grateful that Patty was able to enjoy Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day surrounded by love and family. Those moments were truly special and deeply cherished.

Unfortunately, on December 30th, Patty had to return to the emergency room after experiencing seizure-like symptoms. She was stabilized and then transferred to Baptist Hospital, where a team of specialized doctors is now overseeing her care. At this time, doctors believe that swelling in her brain is causing these symptoms, and they are actively working to reduce the swelling.

Prior to this setback, scans revealed that the tumor has not grown, but it has also not reduced. As we enter 2026, Patty continues to fight this difficult battle, and we humbly ask for your ongoing prayers, blessings, friendship, and support.

Julian has taken on the full-time responsibility of being by his mom’s side 24/7, supporting her through every step of this journey. Please keep him in your prayers as well—asking for strength, peace, and endurance as he continues to fight alongside his mom.

Attached is a photo of Patty and Julian at the hospital on New Year’s Day, reminding us all that even in the hardest moments, faith, love, and fighting spirit remain strong.

Please continue to keep Patty and Julian in your prayers throughout 2026. Faith is on our side. Thank you to everyone who has supported them so far, and thank you in advance to those who will continue to stand with them in the year ahead.

With gratitude and faith,
💙 Patty & Julian’s Family

Hello everyone,

Julian and Patty want to start by saying thank you from the bottom of their hearts for all the love, donations, prayers, and support. We also want to apologize for not posting an update sooner—it’s been a challenging time, and your patience and kindness mean the world to our family.

Today, November 12th, 2025, Patty was taken to receive more comprehensive health screenings and to address some ongoing concerns at a different hospital. While there, several additional tests were performed, and it was discovered that two blood clots had formed—one in her leg and another in her lung. She has been admitted for further care and monitoring to ensure she receives the best treatment possible.

We don’t have all the details yet, but we will share more information as soon as we receive it. For now, we ask that you continue to keep Patty and Julian in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you again to everyone who has donated, prayed, visited, called, texted, or shown support in any way. Your compassion and faith continue to give our family strength.

With love and gratitude,
💙 The Family of Patty and Julian
