Officer Butler was an up-and-coming NYPD officer assigned to the 28 Precinct conditions team. While on FTO he confronted a known violent offender by himself. Officer Butler took police action to subdue the perp and while doing so made accidental contact with the perp's neck. A year and a half after the event, Officer Butler was modified and two weeks later fired due to the civilian bias of the NYPD executives. Because of this we ask all our fellow brothers in blue to help support PO Butler
