On June 23, 2025, in Queens, New York, Officer Baylor, his wife, and their 1-year-old and 10-year-old daughters were displaced after a fire damaged their home. They are currently displaced until the home is restored and safe to move back in.


Officer Baylor is an active member of the NYPD, currently assigned to the 7th Precinct as a Patrol Officer.


He is a valued member of the command and a dedicated officer who has always gone above and beyond for the community he serves. During this difficult time, any support to help him and his family is greatly appreciated.
