A tragic Loss for this Family 

    My nephew and his wife , were elated to share the news that they were going to be parents to identical twin boys who were expected to be born the beginning of July 2023 . A scheduled doctors appointment turned into a whirlwind of events , one of the twins was in distress and they were delivered via emergency C - section at Tampa General Hospital , after just 25 weeks of gestation on March 25 2023 . 

     Louis James Jr V was born at 1 lb 14oz , and Lorenzo Christopher was born at 2 lbs 4oz . Our sweet Lorenzo Christopher had a grade 4 brain bleed on the right side of the brain and a dilated ventricle on the left side of his brain although he fought as  hard as he could , he gained his angel wings on March 31 2023 . Louis James Jr V is still in the NICU , growing and defeating all the odds, being looked over by his angel brother, his Mommy & Daddy and the amazing staff at TGH . 

      Our dear Lorenzo Christopher has left us too soon, and we are all struggling to come to terms with this devastating loss. In addition to the emotional toll, My nephew and his wife now have to face financial challenges in covering the cost of the funeral, as well as Louis James Jr V care in the NICU , medical bills ,and both of them being out of work to be there day in and day out for Louis James Jr V.  If you are able to donate, your generosity would be greatly appreciated and would help alleviate some of the burden during this extremely difficult time.
